Our Purchase & Returns Policy

At Saanjh Collectives, we pour our hearts into every creation. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ve designed our policy to be transparent and fair.

Returns & Exchanges

To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order is confirmed. We encourage you to carefully review your cart before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take immense care in packaging your order. However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we are committed to making it right.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at contact@saanjhcollectives.in within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  3. Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will approve an exchange and ship a replacement product to you within 15 business days at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped.

What if my order has already been shipped? You may cancel an order by refusing to accept the package at the time of delivery.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the order will be canceled with no charge to you.
  • For Prepaid orders, once the unopened package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product's value. Please note that any shipping and return-to-origin (RTO) charges incurred by us will be deducted from your refund amount.
